• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes! Please note that international shipping can be pricey, but you can reduce the shipping cost per item by bundling several small items into one order. Additionally, the Storenvy shipping calculator can occasionally overcharge international customers by accident--if this happens, I will contact you via email to refund you the extra postage!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  I ship orders 2-5 business days after receiving an order using USPS First Class Mail, the most cost-effective shipping option here in the US.

  For domestic orders, First Class Mail estimates shipping will take 3-5 business days.

  For international orders, First Class Mail International estimates between 7-21 business days but cannot guarantee arrival times when dealing with different countries' postal services.

• Do you offer rush/expedited shipping?

  Yes! However, because Storenvy does not allow customers to choose different shipping options during the payment process itself, you will have to email me using this contact form to request rush shipping:

  For international orders, you can request Priority Mail International (6-10 business days), Priority Mail Express International (3-5 business days) or Global Express Guaranteed (1-3 business days).

  I would not generally recommend rush shipping for domestic orders, as First Class postage is already quite fast (~1-3 business days). However, if you are in a hurry, you can request Priority Mail (2 business days) or Priority Mail Express (1 day). Please note that I am just an individual seller shipping from my apartment and cannot offer huge discounts on rush shipping like Amazon or other big corporations can!

• What should I know about holiday shipping?

  The end-of-year holidays can be a hectic time for the post office, bringing increased delays and other mishaps. To assure your package arrives on time, I recommend making your orders BEFORE Thanksgiving (the last Thursday of November).

  Please note that Gaslamp Fantasy generally closes for personal travel around December 21st and reopens after the new year--generally January 2nd.

• What is 'The Glass Scientists'?

  The Glass Scientists is a personal story and comic I am developing about mad scientists and the monsters that may or may not be wrecking havoc on our souls at this very moment! If you would like to know more about this story, please check out my tumblr!

• What is 'Kagemono'?

  Kagemono is a short film I made as a student at Calarts. You can see the short film by googling 'Kagemono' or looking it up on Vimeo!

• What is Storenvy?

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.

• What if something is wrong with my order?
